The Bakers Square off of I-394 across the freeway from , closed in April 2008 along with six other Twin Cities-area Bakers Square restaurants.

The Bakers Square, located at 12608 Wayzata Boulevard, is located next to and is owned by .

The 3,916 square foot space is available for sale or rent. Built in 1975, it is on a land area of 1.26 acres.

Features include: bus line, freeway visibility, pylon sign, some kitchen equipment in place, ability to expand and great access to I-394.

What would you like to see in the former Minnetonka Bakers Square? Tell us in the comments.
