The Bakers Square off of I-394 across the freeway from , closed in April 2008 along with six other Twin Cities-area Bakers Square restaurants.

The stores closed after the chain's corporate parent filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The Bakers Square, located at 12608 Wayzata Boulevard, is located next to and is owned by .

The 3,916 square foot space is available for sale or rent. Built in 1975, it is on a land area of 1.26 acres.
