Hurricane Grill & Wings Will Take Old Chicago's Place in Minnetonka

Minnesota's second Hurricane's will make landfall in February.

Hurricane Grill & Wings has announced its continued expansion with a second location at the in Minnetonka.

With the first Minnesota location opening in Burnsville in October, Minnesota-based hospitality company, Torgerson Properties is continuing to expand the brand in Minnesota by bringing the island-infused menu and beach themed, family-friendly atmosphere to Minnetonka.

Torgerson Properties currently manages 28 hotel properties, nine restaurants and over 2,000 associates in Minnesota and Florida. Hurricane Grill & Wings joins their roster with a commitment to develop the Hurricane Grill & wings brand throughout the state of Minnesota. Torgerson Properties intends to open the Minnetonka location in mid-February, 2013.

The family-focused environment and extensive menu will enhance the dining experience for residents of Minnetonka.”

Hurricane Grill & Wings, whose trademark is "Live with Flavor," is known for its uniquely savory chicken wings, offered in five categories with a choice of more than 32 signature sauces. Menu items are cooked fresh to order with high quality ingredients and zero trans fats. Other menu options range from salads to Certified Angus Burgers and Grilled Mahi-Mahi along with a full line-up of craft beers and wine.

The original Hurricane Grill & Wings opened in Fort Pierce, Fla., in 1995. There are over 45 locations, including Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New York, and Pennsylvania, with additional restaurants planned nationwide.
