Notice: Glen Lake Skate Plaza to Close Sept. 10 for Improvements
New obstacles and bituminous paving will be installed, and the skate plaza is expected to re-open in mid-October.
Glen Lake Skate Plaza, located at 14350 Excelsior Boulevard in Minnetonka, will close Sept. 10 for renovations.
New obstacles and bituminous paving will be installed, and the skate plaza is expected to re-open in mid-October. Meanwhile, skaters can use Overpass Skate Park, located at 100 Washington Ave. S. in Hopkins. This facility is available on weekends only through Oct. 28, weather permitting.
