It's been over a year since the former location next to Caribou Coffee closed, but Bruegger's Bagels is back in Minnetonka's Westwind Plaza.
The new, and bigger, store is located between HotSpring Spas and Pilgrim Cleaners in the shopping center on County Road 101 near the intersection of Highway 7.
Staff, many of whom worked at an Eden Prairie store during the break, said it's like coming back home to "Cheers," where they know everybody's name and how they like their bagel when they walk in the door.
A sign on the door says the store is hiring employees for evenings and weekends.
