Dick Novack, Neighbor

Dick Novack was born in the Morningside area of Edina and has lived in various neighborhoods all over Edina for all but eight of his 65 years. Dick stayed in Edina to provide his five children with the opportunities that come with education in Edina’s world-class schools. He was not proven wrong. Thankful for a uniquely varied upbringing and set of careers, Dick has always been engaged in the Edina community in various ways, personally and professionally. Dick has also been very active in politics, including Edina politics, since the age of 15, both privately and through a small business which, in the background, provides political services. He discloses he heads a PAC as well as produces various political websites and literature. He also works for a contractor supplying services to Edina schools. Dick was deeply involved in Edina Soccer for about 16 years and for a long time oversaw the games and referee program.
