Beyond that, I'm a writer, leadership innovations consultant and participatory researcher. I founded the cross-partisan initiative DynamicShift (http//:dynamicshift.org) with cross-sector citizens, business and civic leaders from Dakota County. My work influences numerous regional, national and global efforts on co-productive change. Including: The White House Office for Public Engagement, American Commonwealth Partnership, DemocracyU and online forums at TEDTalks.
