They did it. The Minnetonka High School girls hockey team has won three state titles in three years, a first in Minnesota hockey. The Skippers beat Hill-Murray in the championship game Saturday night, 3-1. Here's a game recap, according to the Minnesota State High School League: The top-seeded Minnetonka Skippers defended their title capturing their third consecutive championship defeating Hill-Murray 3-1 in the Class AA top game of the year. Minnetonka scored a goal in each period of the game.
