Snow, Ice Kick off Springtime Winter Storm

Snow is expected to be heaviest after 3 p.m. Wednesday. The winter storm warning has been extended until 7 p.m. Thursday.

Said Patch reader MMG: All of a sudden, all I am seeing in this city…
