Seniors Taylor Fredrickson and Nathan Janssen have been named the MHS Academics, Arts and Athletics (Triple A) Award nominees.
The following was released by Minnetonka Schools: The Minnetonka High School Activities Office has announced seniors Taylor Fredrickson and Nathan Janssen will represent Minnetonka for the 2013 Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Academics, Arts and Athletics (Triple A) Award. Fredrickson and Janssen were chosen from a group of highly qualified applicants. The Triple A Award program recognizes high school seniors who have excelled in the classroom, on the athletic field and in the fine arts. Editor’s Note: The following announcement comes from Hopkins Public Schools. Maddie Hinck and Reed Fischer, Hopkins High School seniors, have been named the 2013 recipients of the Triple "A" Award for their achievements in the arts, academics and athletics. They will now advance to the sectional level and, if chosen there, to the state level where the winners receive a $4,000 scholarship. Established in 1988, the Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award (Triple "A" Award) is sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League.
