Jenna Anne Schultz, 27, of Minnetonka, was sentenced Tuesday to 30 days in jail and two years of probation. Schultz pled guilty in November to Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (a gross misdemeanor) in connection with sending a naked picture of herself to a 17-year-old male student at Simley High School in Inver Grove Heights where she was a student teacher. As part of her sentence, Schultz was ordered to pay restitution, complete a chemical dependency evaluation and pay a fine of $500. Schultz was charged May 25 with two counts of felony stalking and a count of contributing to the deliqunency of a minor after allegedly sending the boy a series of explicit messages via Facebook. A 26-year-old former Simley High School student teacher accused of sending naked pictures of herself to a 17-year-old student pleaded not guilty yesterday in Dakota County criminal court. Jenna Anne Schultz, of Minnetonka, was charged May 25 with two counts of felony stalking and a count of contributing to the deliqunency of a minor after allegedly sending the boy a series of explicit messages via Facebook. According to the criminal complaint, the messages from Schultz got progressively more graphic and culminated with a photo of her completely naked.
