Schools, libraries and city hall will be closed on Monday, Feb. 18.
Monday is Presidents Day. Here's a handy list of what's open and closed for the holiday: Remaining open locally are major grocery stores, retail stores and liquor stores. With banks, it is best advised to check ahead of time. Most outdoor ice rinks will close for the season on Monday, with the exception of the rinks at McKenzie, Glen Lake and Meadow Parks in Minnetonka.
