HCMC Picks Minnetonka Site for New Clinic
The $53 million clinic will be located at 10955 Wayzata Boulevard.
Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) has chosen a site in Minnetonka for its newest $53 million clinic. Opus Development Corp. has proposed to the city plans to construct a three-story building at 10955 Wayzata Boulevard, near I-394. The 121,000 square-foot building would be occupied by a HCMC Clinic. To move foraward, the proposal requires from the city: a minor amendment to the existing master development plan for the site; approval of final site and building plans; and a conditional use permit, with variance from the locational standards for a medical use.
