The Minnetonka Police Department says David Chew is a career offender.
Macy’s employees say they watched a man use a screwdriver and hammer to break into a cash register. A detective with the Minnetonka Police Department is branding David Teon Chew—known to others as Geoffrey Robinson—as a career offender. The 43-year-old Minneapolis man has been convicted of more than five sequential felonies, and investigators say the incident at Macy's follows the pattern. On Sept. 21, Chew was identified on video at Macy’s by a loss prevention officer. The loss to Macy’s was $295. Chew is charged with felony possession of burglary tools.
