Gro Tonka Park

Gro Tonka is Minnetonka's first park, founded in 1959. The 15-acre park is located just east of the intersection ofMore County Road 101 and Minnetonka Boulevard. It has a football/soccer field, a softball field, an outdoor hockey rink, three tennis courts, horseshoes, a walking path and a jungle gym that tots and older kids will love. Don't forget to pack a lunch—there are plenty of places for it, including a picnic pavilion next to the kids' play area.
Big Willow Park

Located between Minnetonka Boulevard and Cedar Lake Road, Big Willow Park is the smallest of Minnetonka's fiveMore community parks. The park features community athletic fields, a play area and more than two miles of trails. A 2.8-mile loop starts at the small parking lot and heads north through Big Willow Park to Cedar Lake Road, east along Cedar Lake Road to County Road 73 (Hopkins Crossroad), south to Minnetonka Boulevard, and west again along Minnetonka Boulevard back to the small parking lot.
