I wouldn't use these guys again. Tried to rent a trailer and their beat-up crummy trailers kept blowing a fuse on my late-model Jeep. Their guy kept telling me it was my Jeep, despite the fact that my boat trailer never caused a fault, nor has a trailer from any of the other places I've rented from since. Worse than helpless, this place.

The truck I rented was fine but the staff with the exception of the owner (Bauer), were rude and disrespectful. One was too busy on a cell phone my first visit to attend to me, and when he did he pointed me toward a shelf where boxes were located. I had ordered boxes, paper, etc. online and was told by Bauer I was to pick it up at the rental desk. It took Bauer to enter the store to assist me. When the truck was returned by my son he was told to fill the gas tank. The gas gauge was still on full. My son left and when I spoke to the individual behind the rental counter he told me to fill it. I did not drive the truck and told him I could not move it to the pumps and asked politely if he would. He said "No, it is your job!" After climbing into the cab which was too high for me I had no idea how to move it. I struggled for approximately 20 minutes, fell getting back out of the truck on my left knee (which recently had been replaced), but filled the truck with 2 gallons of gas. I paid the extremely rude and insensitive individual. Due to this treatment I will not return nor will I recommend this dealer to any family member or friend. It is unfortunate that Bauer's employees do not model their behavior after him.
