Pairings restaurant and wine market pairs fresh food from local markets with the wine or beer that will bring out foods' full flavors. Customers select their bottles from the shop and the staff uncorks them at the tables. The kitchen serves an international and American menu with family-sized portions or single servings. Homemade pastas and sauces, pork prime rib, bison meatloaf and sides from couscous to risotto cakes are available. Thursday night is late happy hour, from 8pm - 10pm and free wine tastings are offered from 4pm - 7pm.
