The place looks nice outside. The landscaping and entries are all very nice. We moved in to our apartment in February of 2012. Everything was fine at first. When we moved in, we requested a new screen door for our porch, it took about two months and three phone calls to get a new one. One day I hung a towel on our newly renovated bathroom and the towel rack fell off the wall. A few weeks after that I shut our bedroom door and the frame fell off. There are gouges missing out of our counter top and the cabinets are warped that some dont even shut all the way. People take up WAAAYYY too much room when they park, possibly due to no lines in the parking lot, causing not enough room for other people to park. The noise level in this place is beyond ridiculous. I like to keep my kids on a schedule, in bed at 8:00. When I get home from work at 1030 at night, I walk into the neighbors literally jumping and screaming, when I hit the ceiling with my broom they continue to just jump more in the same spot! I was up til 130 in the morning the other day because they were being SO loud. The kids who live in this building run around all crazy in the hallways and play in the parking lot without adult supervision. Needless to say, we can t wait to get out of here!
