Overall my experience had been fairly good with this company until about a week later when I saw a charge on my card from hertz. I called to see what the charge was for and they said it was for gas. I had filled the tank up just before I return it so there could not have been more than a few pennies worth missing. However, the charge was for $16. They were very kind on the phone and told me they would refund my money, but it has been three weeks and my bank still says they havn't heard anything from them. I called hertz but they keep telling me they have returned my money. Whether the mess up is on the return is on them or the bank they should not have taken the money out in the first place. It caused me a headache to have to make all of the calls back and forth to them and the bank, and as of now it has still cost me the extra $16.
