Terrible, I came in with 4-5 inch hair and asked for a trim and shape. I cannot see without my glasses. When Nicole was finished I had half inch to 1 inch hair. I had asked for my hair to have a round (Halo around the face) shape and I got a men's haircut very geometric and full of patches cut out almost to the scalp. i have to spend $ 150.00 on a wig today.
