Sugar is an Anti-nutrient


If you are like most people, you go through your ritual of taking vitamins/supplements each morning thinking this will help you to be "healthy."  However, after eating toast and cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner, you can say good-bye to any benefit of those supposedly "good for you" pills.  Your body's expenditure to manage the overload of sugar in the blood stream from a day of eating like this is greater than the energy it gains from it. It is the "anti-dote"  or anti-nutrient. It costs you more than it benefits you. So if you think you are doing yourself a favor by taking your vitamins, but then having crackers, bread, pasta, candy bars or cereal bars for fuel throughout the day.... think again!

Remember: processed and packaged foods are full of sugar. Learn to read the labels. "Foods by God" (no labels) provide you "super nutrients," while "Franken Foods" (man made processed foods) are foreign to your body. It will take more nutrients and energy away from you!
