Minnetonka Football Rolls 43-0

The Skippers haven't allowed a point yet this season heading into their homecoming contest on Friday

In what’s becoming a trend in 2011, the Minnetonka football team rolled past another opponent Friday at Einer Anderson Field, topping Bloomington Jefferson 43-0 in its final non-conference tilt before the Lake Conference season opens next week.

The Skippers (3-0) rolled thanks to another strong defensive performance. Minnetonka hasn’t allowed a point this season, pitching shutouts in all three of its games to open the fall.

After blanking Totino-Grace 28-0 to open the year, the Skippers beat Robbinsdale Armstrong 24-0 last week.
