Hopkins High School athletes were hard at work Tuesday as tryouts continued for the Royals’ volleyball teams.
Tryouts kicked off Monday and run through Thursday, when coaches will announce the teams.
Varsity and junior varsity games begin with scrimmages Friday at Eagan, Saturday at Apple Valley and Tuesday against an undetermined opponent at Hopkins. The actual season kicks off Aug. 23 at New Prague.
