Now consider the path to that positive state of being requires an experiential anatomy course that delves deeper into the design and function of the human body. That is Franklin Method. In this three part workshop, you will progressively explore the structure, design and function of the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. Learn simple movements, ball and imagery exercises for improving all your daily activities, with an emphasis on learning by doing.
