TRX Training
TRX Suspension Training for small groups is a fun and challenging new way to use your own body weight to strengthen your core, chest, back, arms and legs. TRX Training classes have now been added to the Studio schedule.
- Mondays, 7:00 - 7:30 a.m.
- Tuesdays, 7:15 - 7:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.
- Sundays, 4:15 - 4:45 p.m.
We can only accommodate five people per class, so you must register in advance by calling the TRX Hotline, 952-930-8597, ext. 5555. No experience required. $15 for Marsh members/$25 for the General Public per 30-minute session
