Pre-natal Pilates Workshop

It is the core muscles that hug our baby in utero, so it should be no surprise that Pilates – which focuses on the core – is a safe, effective program to prepare expecting mothers for labor and delivery. Pilates helps strengthen the muscles and of course the core muscles.

This workshop offers modifications that benefit pregnant moms and post-partum women. Led by Marsh Pilates Instructor Lesley Koehnen
