New! Franklin Method® Meets Pilates

Franklin Method is a perfect complement to Pilates. Franklin Method utilizes experiential anatomy and imagery to help you better understand your body's design and function during everyday movements and exercise. Pilates provides a method for achieving intelligent fitness for lifelong health, emphasizing body alignment, breathing, strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. This two-hour workshop marries both modalities. Learn the fundamentals of Franklin Method and explore dynamic alignment and balance while working on essential Pilates reformer exercises. Led by Occupational Therapist and Pilates instructor, Angela Kneale, the only Level 3 Franklin Method® educator in Minnesota.
