Marsh X Introduction Classes

Learn the basics of Marsh X, a plateau busting cardio class that integrates a variety of cardio exercises like cycling, jumping rope, running and TRX Suspension Training and features Cardio Smart Technology and motivational coaches. Pick up schedules and details for regular Marsh X classes, offered on Thursdays at Noon, Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
