Challenged with helping a loved one maintain their independence? Join SCS, a local non-profit for an informal, interactive workshop of the CareNextion program. There's no place like home, and when you need a little help to navigate through the growing number of services to find the right ones for your unique situation, to maintain your or a loved one's independence, the CareNextion program will help. CareNextion is designed for caregivers and seniors to find resources, organize help, and develop an on-line care team.
Bring along at least 2 person's contact information (name, email, phone number) to create a confidential care team. Practice using the web-site with one-on-one assistance.
