The Minnetonka girls and boys cross country teams took sixth overall on Friday at the Irish Invitational held in Rosemount.
The Skipper girls took sixth in the 12-team event with a team score of 146. Prior Lake won the meet with a 60 team score, Stillwater took second at 107 and Rosemount took third at 116.
Eighth-grader Lucy Hoelscher led the way for Minnetonka, finishing 21st overall with a 12:42.1 time. Junior Anne Daly finished 25th at 12:47.8, sophomore Maggie Carruth finished 28th at 12:53 and junior Anna Meiusi took 33rd at 12:56.3.

Senior Bebe Waller took 39th at 13:09.5, junior Abbey Brodeur took 43rd at 13:16.2 and senior Alexandra Hitt took 51st at 13:24.8.
The Skippers’ next invitational is hosted by Hopkins on Thursday. The meet begins at 4:55 p.m. at Gale Woods Farm in Minnetrista.
