Rep. Selcer Hosts Town Hall, Comments on Governor's Speech

Representative Yvonne Selcer will host a town hall style Budget Listening Session meeting on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m. at the Glen Lake Activity Center, 14350 Excelsior Boulevard, in Minnetonka.

Governor Dayton addressed a joint convention of the House and Senate to outline his vision for Minnesota in his State of the State. 

Rep. Selcer (DFL-Minnetonka) released the following statement:

“I am encouraged by Governor Dayton’s strong proposals to invest in education, create jobs and make Minnesota more economically competitive. Over the coming weeks and months I look forward to working on bipartisan approaches to responsibly balance the budget without borrowing, gimmicks or shifts.  During this time, we will be hearing from community members, business leaders and advocates from every area of this state. I encourage Eden Prairie and Minnetonka residents to contact me as I work with Governor Dayton, Republicans and Democrats to make our state a better place to do business, to live and to raise a family.”
