Ten Minnetonka Businesses Fail Liquor Compliance Checks

There were five failures in 2012.

The Minnetonka Police Department staff recently conducted the annual liquor compliance checks with the assistance of under-age buyers.

This year, 49 licensed establishments were checked with ten failures. In comparison, there were five failures in 2012, three failures in 2011, two failures in 2010 and one failure in 2009.

All failures will be submitted to the legal department for criminal charges and forwarded to community development for follow up.
