St. Louis Park Man Charged With Business Burglary

Edgar Solorio-Vasquez, of St. Louis Park, has been charged with felony third-degree burglary.

Police believe a 20-year-old man is responsible for the April 2011 burglary of the Clean N Press in Minnetonka.

Edgar Solorio-Vasquez, of St. Louis Park, has been charged with felony third-degree burglary. Staff arrived in the morning to find a window broken and money missing. Samples of blood found on the window frame and other places in the business matched Solorio-Vasquez. The total loss was about $650.

Solorio-Vasquez was also charged recently with felony first-degree burglary from December 2011. The homeowner said he heard noise while he was sleeping and went to investigate. He found all of the presents under the Christmas tree unwrapped and four bottles of alcohol taken from a bar, valued at $150.

A jacket that did not belong to the homeowner was found in the living room and swabbed for DNA. The results came back with Solorio-Vasquez's DNA on the jacket.
