One defendant allegedly told the other about the condo because he had "hit that" before.

Police say surveillance video showed Burrington prying open the secure front entrance door and that she and Payne entered the complex and then the underground garage. According to police, the video shows Payne open the garage door and Burrington drive her car into the garage. The actual theft was not caught on video.

Police say Burrington admitted breaking into the garage and stealing from the car with Payne. Burrington allegedly said Payne told her about the condo because he had "hit that" before about a month earlier.
