Minnetonka Police Chief Mark Raquet said they are treating the death as a suicide.

"At this point, we don't have any reason to believe it was anything other than a suicide, although we're still continuing our investigation," he said.

Raquet said the person left a note that made officials nervous of what may be in the house, so they called in the HazMat (hazardous materials) team and the Bloomington Bomb Squad.

At this time no additional people are being sought, and there is believed to be no danger to the public as a result of this situation.

This incident is currently under investigation by the Minnetonka Police Department and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
