The defendant is not currently in custody and according to the complaint, his whereabouts are not known.
  • On June 22, 2010 Minnetonka Police were called to Hopkins High School after a report of theft was made. At the scene, awoman said that while she was watching her son’s football game, her purse had been stolen from her car. The car was parked in the parking lot at 2400 Lindbergh Drive and the windows were partially rolled down. In a criminal complaint filed on Feb. 9, the Hennepin County Attorney has charged a 55-year-old, Moose Lake man, with felony theft for snatching the purse from the woman’s car and also with the subsequent use of credit cards found within that stolen purse.  According to the complaint the man allegedly used the stolen credit card to make over $100 in purchases from a Target in St. Louis Park.
