Dec. 4

4:52 p.m.: a 20 year old male from Tonka Bay was arrested at 12401 Wayzata Boulevard () for 3rd degree property damage, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and underage liquor consumption. This man has previously been charged with a few accounts of underage drinking and a DWI.

Dec. 5

12:58 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to the 11300 block of Cedar Pointe Drive S for a reported burglary.

6:22 p.m.: a 24 year old female from Fridley was charged with selling a stolen vehicle at 12411 Wayzata Boulevard ().

Dec. 6

8:26 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to 12441 Wayzata Boulevard for a reported assault.

Dec. 7

3:38 p.m.: a 28 year old male from Rochester, Minn. was arrested at I-494 and Minnetonka Boulevard for driving with a suspended license and expired tabs.

6:42 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to the 14400 block of Boys School Road for a reported burglary.

9:24 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to the 5500 block of Smetana Drive for a reported assault.

Dec. 8

2:14 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to 2000 Hopkins Crossroad (BP) for reported criminal sexual conduct.

Dec. 9

1:51 a.m.: a 34 year old male from Minnetrista was charged with 4th degree DUI at I-394 and Ridgedale Drive.

4:10 a.m.: a 25 year old male from Columbia Heights was charged with 2nd degree DUI at Cheshire Parkway and I-494. This man has previously been charged with 5th degree domestic assault, underage drinking and driving, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, 4th degree DWI, 3rd degree assault and driving after revocation.

7:41 a.m.: On the 10900 block of Oak Knoll Terrace N, an 18 year old male from Hopkins was charged with burglary, property damage, possession of stolen property, providing a false name to a police officer and underage liquor consumption.

Dec. 10

2:29 p.m.: a 32 year old male from Minnetonka was arrested at Highway 7 and Woodhill Road for 4th degree DUI.

3:59 p.m.: a 29 year old female from Minnetonka was charged with speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia at Baker Road and Highway 7.

4:33 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to 11260 Wayzata Boulevard for a reported assault.

8:03 p.m.: a 23 year old male from Minneapolis was charged with shoplifting (less than $500) at 12421 Wayzata Boulevard.

11:51 p.m.: a 48 year old male from Plymouth was arrested at I-394 and I-494 for 4th degree DWI and no motor vehicle insurance, both misdemeanor offenses.

Dec. 11

4:32 a.m.: Charles Huber, a 34 year old male from Spring Lake Park, was arrested at Carlson Parkway and I-394 for 2nd degree DWI and refusing to take test, both gross misdemeanors. Huber has previously been charged with a 3rd degree DWI and 3rd degree BWI.

4:34 p.m.: a 21 year old male from Brooklyn Park was arrested at Plymouth Road and Wayzata Boulevard for possession of dangerous drug paraphernalia and the intent to escape taxes on a motor vehicle.
