Open bottle, larceny theft and check forgery in this week's police report.

Nov. 6

1:48 a.m.: a 21 year old female from Deephaven was arrested at Highway 7 and Tonkawood Road for 4th degree DWI, a misdemeanor.

10:19 p.m.: a 22 year old male from Brooklyn Center, 22 year old male from Cockrell, Texas, and a 21 year old male from Brooklyn Center were charged with having an open bottle in a motor vehicle at 13305 Excelsior Boulevard ().

Nov. 10

10:31 a.m.: a 19 year old male from Brooklyn Center was arrested at 12401 Wayzata Boulevard () for possession of drug paraphernalia and small amount of marijuana.

1:32 p.m.: Cleveland Jones, a 40 year old male from Crystal was arrested on the 9800 block of Bren Road E for driving with a canceled license due to IPS (inimical to public safety), a gross misdemeanor. In the past, this man has been charged with check forgery, DWIs, and domestic assault.

Nov. 11

2:06 p.m.: Rommie Howard, a 56 year old male from Minneapolis, was arrested on the 5700 block of Smetana Drive for check forgery, a felony.

8:08 p.m.: a 19 year old male from Minnetonka was charged with speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana at Eden Prairie Road and Gatewood Drive.

Nov. 12

3:26 a.m.: a 39 year old female from Minnetonka was arrested from her home on the 3000 block of Lake Shore Boulevard for domestic assault, a misdemeanor.

2:19 p.m.: Clarisse Chellen, a 21 year old female from Chaska was arrested at 12411 Wayzata Boulevard () for larceny theft, a gross misdemeanor.

Nov. 13

12:13 a.m.: a 57 year old female from Minnetonka was arrested at Plymouth Road and Minnetonka Boulevard for 4th degree DWI, a misdemeanor.

5:46 a.m.: a 24 year old male from Minnetonka was arrested from his home on the 4200 block of Redding Ridge for domestic assault, a misdemeanor.
