Minnetonka Police Blotter

Including an 80-year-old shoplifter, DWI's and criminal property damage are among the incidents last week.

June 5

1:33 a.m.: a 29 year old female from Maple Grove was arrested at I-394 and Plymouth Road for 4th degree DWI, a misdemeanor.

June 8

4:25 p.m.: a 24 year old male from Edina was arrested on the 5600 block of Green Circle Drive for criminal damage to property, a felony. This individual was previously charged with underage drinking and driving in 2005. No further information is known at this time.

10:58 p.m.: a 64 year old man was arrested from his home on the 3300 block of Martha Lane for domestic assault, a misdemeanor.

June 10

1:13 a.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to I-394 and Plymouth Road for a reported DWI. A 56 year old woman from St. Louis Park was arrested for 4th degree DWI, a misdemeanor.

6:59 p.m.: a 80 year old woman from Golden Valley was charged at 12421 Wayzata Boulevard () for shoplifting less than $500.

June 11

12:21 a.m.: a 20 year old female from Shakopee was arrested on the 5600 block of Smetana Drive for zero tolerance traffic violation underage drinking, open bottle, and underage liquor possession. Another 20 year old female from Hopkins was charged with underage liquor consumption.

1:40 a.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to Hwy 7 and Williston Road for reported drug activity. A 26 year old male from Minneapolis was arrested for small amount possession of marijuana.

11:38 p.m.: Minnetonka Police were dispatched to the 14600 block of Wellington Road for reported noise and loud music. A 20 year old male from Hopkins was arrested for underage liquor consumption, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana (small amount).
