Police say they found the no-contact order victim inside Jeffrey Allen Nelson's Minnetonka home.

A Minnetonka man has been charged with violating a no-contact order after police say they found the woman who took out the order inside the man’s house.

According to the criminal complaint, signed by Minnetonka Police Detective Terri Swanson, police were called to Nelson’s home in the 2200 block of Country Lane just after 2:30 a.m. Aug. 19 on a report of excessive noise.
