Minnetonka Fire Offers Free Bystander CPR Classes

The Minnetonka Fire Department is offering free 15-minute drop-in classes on hands-only bystander CPR Thursdays, Feb. 14, March 14 and April 11.

Take a free bystander CPR class Thursdays, Feb. 14, March 14 and April 11.

February is Heart Month, and what better time to learn how you can save a life with hands-only CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), a very easy method of CPR that can be learned in just a few minutes.

The Minnetonka Fire Department is offering free 15-minute drop-in classes on hands-only bystander CPR Thursdays, Feb. 14, March 14 and April 11, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., at the Minnetonka Community Center. Trained firefighters will be ready to teach you how to save a life with this simple technique.

No registration is required for these free classes. To schedule a group class, or for more information, call Jim or Sara at the Minnetonka Fire Department at (952) 939-8331.
