Minnetonka Crime Report: Burglary and DWI

Recent activity involving the Minnetonka Police Department.

All information taken from the Minnetonka Police Department Crime Activity Report. This is not the complete report.

Jan. 17: A 27-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested on the 10500 block of Bren Road East for felony forgery.

Jan. 19: Police believe a 27-year-old woman and 21-year-old man from Minneapolis broke into an underground garage at a Minnetonka condo on 11460 Fairfield Road and stole items from a car. Sarah Elizabeth Burrington and Christopher James Payne were charged in Hennepin County with felony burglary in the second degree. 

Jan. 22: A 52-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested on the 10400 block of Greenbriar Road for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

Jan. 22: A 22-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested on the 5400 block of Smetana Drive for felony domestic assault.

Jan. 24: A 22-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested at 12441 Wayzata Blvd. (Ridgedale Center) for gross misdemeanor shoplifting. 

Jan. 25: A 61-year-old Wayzata man was arrested on Prestige Lane and Minnetonka Mills for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

Jan. 25: A robbery was reported on the 2800 block of Jordan Avenue (Minnetonka Hills Apartments).
