Breaking: Boat Fire on Lake Minnetonka
'Everyone is safe,' according to an eyewitness on Twitter.
According to news media reports and images posted on social media, a boat caught fire on Lake Minnetonka Sunday afternoon, sending a huge plume of black smoke into the air.
The Associated Press reported that emergency crews are responding.
The incident happened at Robinson's Bay, according to a commenter at the Lake Minnetonka Patch Facebook page, and KSTP.com confirmed that it was in the Deephaven area.
