AMBER ALERT CANCELED for 17-Month-Old from St. Louis Park

The child is unharmed and a suspect is in custody, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said.

In an Amber Alert issued late Thursday and cancelled just before 6 a.m. Friday, police said they believed a 17-month-old girl, Nahla Sky Rutledge, was abducted by her non-custodial father George Jermaine Rutledge, 31.

Police described him as armed and dangerous.

The toddler, who was wearing pink, was last seen at 1341 Jersey Ave. in St. Louis Park. The direction of travel was unknown although alerts were sent to Wisconsin counties.
