Agregious city approval of new construction
The land between me and a pond came up for sale and was purchased for development. The layout of my land/house and the subject property are very unique, ie they are not side by side rectangles. The city approved the plans for a huge house to back up to my back yard and be only 10 feet from the property line. It is truly a shame. It also crowds the wetlands. I guess it is a free for all in terms of contstruction/renovation in Minnetonka. There is no thought given to community impact on the planning board. So build a-way everyone!
