Minnetonka High School Student Art Show - April 16

The Great Frame Up in Minnetonka is hosting a juried student art show on April 16 starting at 6:30pm.

Minnetonka High School art students will be a part of a juried art show on Tuesday, April 16 at The Great Frame Up in Minnetonka.

The show features artwork done by Minnetonka High School students.  The Great Frame Up is located near Cub Foods (4789 County Road 101) on 101 and 7.

This is a juried show where five works are chosen in painting, drawing, photography, jewelry and ceramics from all student work at MHS from this school year.

All 2D work is professionally framed by The Great Frame Up and when the show is over the students can take the framed work home.

There will be refreshments served and an awards ceremony near the end of the opening that night.

The show will take place from 6:30-7:30pm.

The Creative Self-Expression Show offers high school students across the country an opportunity to submit their artwork in local and national exhibits in an effort to foster self esteem, and stimulate the creative growth and development of each student. 

Last year, MHS senior Brendan Byrne traveled to California to meet Jane Seymour after his pencil sketch won top honors.
