Sold! Minnetonka's August Home Sales
Minnetonka homes selling last month received an average of 90.6 percent of their original asking prices, up 2.2 percent in comparison to August 2010.
According to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS, Minnetonka had 67 home sales in August 2011, averaging 157 days on the market with a median price of $240,000.
