Mini-Hops Gymnastics Sponsors Flippin’ Fun 5K Run
Mini Hops Gymnastics Booster Club host their annual Flippin' Fun 5k run. Runners came as far a Iowa with ages as low as 8 and high as 74.
Mini Hops Booster Club was excited to host their 5th annual Flippin’ Fun 5K run to support the Mini-Hops Gymnastics Team and Special Olympics. Race time was 9:00am, weather conditions were cold, windy and a little added sleet in the mix. That did not deter the hearty runners from coming out. We had approximately 65 runners ranging in age from 8-74. We had a Skating team from Elk River make the trek; a few Cross Country runners from Iowa, Father and daughters, families and of course a few Mini-Hops Gymnasts. The course was a down a back race on the Minnetonka Regional Trail.
