Special Reformation Sunday Service
Come to Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Minnetonka, Sunday October 27 at 9:30 a.m. for a very special Reformation Day service. Music Director Almon (Bo) Bock has written a new tune for the classic hymn "A Mighty Fortress Is Our God" for pipe organ and brass octet. He has entitled the tune "Foxdale". It is set in three distinctive styles - a robust congregational Hymn, a soothing Pastorale as an offertory, and a rousing Toccata as a postlude. This is the second hymn Bock has written for such an instrumental combination, the first being Easter 2013, and he says, "It won't be the last."
