Raising Responsible Children: A Mini-Course in Effective Parenting

Free Parenting Class: Explore
the underlying causes of misbehavior and discover new ways to foster
cooperation in children. Parents and caregivers will learn how to think about
discipline in a different way by using praise and encouragement to build their
child’s self-esteem. St. David’s Center pediatric occupational therapist Faith
Mianulli, OTR/L,  who has more than 30
years of experience working with children, will introduce new ways to listen
and talk about feelings, and tune into a child’s behavior. The event is free
and open to the public, but registration is required by November 19.
