Discover Blake: Join Our Learning Community Admission Event
Academic excellence is the core of The Blake School experience and the foundation of student success in college and beyond. Blake invites families to learn more about The Blake School – its faculty and students, programs, and what makes it unique. Parents and their children are invited to explore Blake's Hopkins campus on Nov. 2. Additional Discover Blake events also will take place on Nov. 2 at Blake's Wayzata campus, Nov. 9 at its Minneapolis campus and Nov. 13 at the Plymouth Public Library. Administrators, faculty and other Blake community members will be on hand to discuss school life, curriculum and activities. The Blake School welcomes students and families of diverse backgrounds, talents and experiences, believing strongly that multiple perspectives help create academic excellence.
Blake is one of the strongest co-educational, independent, pre-k–12 schools in the nation enrolling nearly 1,400 students from more than 55 Twin Cities-area communities. Blake is known for its commitment to academic excellence and for ensuring that students receive a well-rounded experience as they prepare for lives in a global world. Commitment to affordability is evidenced by Blake’s strong financial aid program: $4.3 million of need-based financial assistance awarded to nearly 20 percent of the student body.

All admissions and financial aid applications must be received by January 31, 2014. Prospective families are also invited to attend a financial aid workshop on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 9 a.m. on Blake’s Hopkins campus.
